This series consists of welfare assistance case file cards. The cards for closed service cases are financial forms that provide information on the name, address, census number, and county of the head of the household; the names of other members of the household; and a list of monthly grants paid. The cards for students attending Haskell Institute, Pierre Indian School, Wahpeton Indian School, and other training schools provide information on the name of the school; the name, date of birth, grade, and tribe of the student; notes; and the names of the parents.
